Seat for a Song
Our "Seat for a Song" program allows you to donate to the Brevard Music Center and have a plaque placed on a seat in our Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium.Seat plaques can be donated in honor or memory of someone, or can be done in your own name. Some past donations even have a whimsical air. We currently have seat plaques for "Joy" and "Love", and also have one for "Gilbert" right next to "Sullivan".
Each seat plaque may be purchased for $200. That amount is completely tax deductible, with the funds going to our building and grounds maintenance program. The Brevard Music Center campus occupies approximately 140 acres, upon which there are 145 buildings to take care of.
Many seats in the auditorium already have plaques on them. We will work with you to place the plaque on a seat that fits your needs.
