Picnics may be pre-ordered for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances at Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium. Picnics are $15 each and include a choice of wine, soda, or bottled water. Each picnic is served with a pickle and a cheesecake brownie.

The Classical: Club Wrap - Roasted turkey, pit ham, bacon and white American cheese with fresh tomatoes and lettuce in a toasted tortilla, and a baked potato salad.
Harmony: Dilled Turkey Salad - Freshly made from roasted turkey with dill seasoning and celery, with lettuce and fresh tomatoes on thick sliced wheatberry bread, and spicy garden orzo.
Jazz (Vegetarian): Spicy Orzo Wrap - Spicy orzo with black and white beans, edamame, tomatoes, spinach, lettuce and a spicy sweet Cuban mustard, and a fresh fruit cup.
Melody: Turkey Cranberry Wrap - Fresh roasted turkey topped with a cranberry walnut relish and lettuce in a toasted tortilla, and a baked potato salad.
The Chorus: Layered Salad - Romaine and Iceberg lettuce with homemade dressing mixed with broccoli, green peppers, mushrooms, carrots and baby peas, sprinkled with cheddar cheese, bacon and tomatoes and topped with Italian grilled chicken; served with a breadstick.
Bluegrass: Country Chicken Salad - Chicken, bacon, eggs and sweet relish combine into a true treat served on lettuce and topped with tomato on a Portuguese roll.

Raspberry Chicken - Grilled chicken with a raspberry aioli with bleu cheese crumbles, bacon and spinach in a grilled tortilla served with a fruit cup. (Available as "The Special" on June 21, 22, 23)
Gazpacho with Spinach Salad - Baby spinach with bleu cheese, walnuts, bacon and onions with a raspberry vinaigrette and a cup of gazpacho (cold tomato and cucumber soup, slightly spicy). (Available as "The Special" on June 28, 29, 30 and August 2, 3, 4)
Chilled Prime Rib - Medium to medium rare prime rib sliced thin and piled on lettuce, tomato and topped with provolone. Horseradish served on the side with spicy garden orzo. (Available as "The Special" on July 12, 13, 14)
Cuban Garden Orzo Salad - Spicy Garden Orzo over a bed of Baby Spinach and topped with Cuban Grilled Chicken with a Cuban Dressing served with a Breadstick. (Available as "The Special" on July 19, 20, 21)
Sweet Apple Bacon - Fresh diced Granny Smith apples in a sweet and tangy roasted Vidalia vinaigrette topped with crisp bacon, fresh roasted turkey and provolone cheese served with a fruit cup. (Available as "The Special" on July 4, 5, 6, 7 and July 26, 27, 28)
