Brevard Music Center Association
Working toward the Brevard Music Center's vision are the members of the Brevard Music Center Association--Volunteers Supporting Young Musicians. Its members are ambassadors for the BMC, and work closely with the Center's administrative staff in two areas: fundraising and supplemental staff services.
Fundraising projects provide direct financial support for the Music Center's operations and scholarships and also includes the BMCA Scholarship Endowment. Supplemental staff services include mass mailings, landscaping, facilities maintenance, ushering at concerts, and many others. BMCA volunteers provide services equivalent to 10 full-time employees.
The BMCA raises funds through such activities as Harmony House Gift Shop sales, concession sales, the Prelude Dinner Dance and Auction, and several other projects. The BMCA and the Music Center work together to share the same far-reaching vision of providing the best in music education to talented young musicians.
