Admission
To be admitted to the Brevard Music Center, a student must submit a completed application by:
- February 1, 2008 for students applying to the Janiec Opera Company (note this new, earlier deadline)
- March 1, 2008 for all other students
Students wishing to complete live auditions should be cognizant of the audition dates; no live audition can be scheduled until an application is completed.
Applying to Brevard has three steps.
- Fill out the online form
- Pay an application fee.
- Submit an audition, either by performing at a BMC national audition site or by sending a recording
Students who cannot complete the online form should contact the BMC Admissions Office (828-862-2140) for accommodation.
Applications received or completed after March 1 will be considered for admission only if space is available.
